This role requires broad and comprehensive administrative responsibilities with a strong service orientation. Provide onsite support Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at our Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA. Exhibit confidentiality, trust, and diplomacy at all times. Convey professional appearance and demeanor and collaborate effectively with team members. Create, manage, and analyze reports from various data repositories. Prepare, compose and initiate correspondence, memoranda, presentation material and reports for the President’s office. Organize and prioritize projects and workload to meet deadlines. Follow through on all items received via email, phone, notes, mail, etc. Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation. Assist with answering and screening telephone calls, taking messages, providing information, or redirecting calls as appropriate. Handle field customers’ and team members’ calls promptly. Adapt to changing priorities by assisting with projects, meeting coordination, and communication efforts. Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements): Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience is required. Experience in a Corporate headquarters preferred. Experience in the service industry organizations preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related discipline is preferred. Must possess a service-oriented approach Self-starter with the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Detailed-oriented with strong follow-through coordination experience. Excel in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Strong verbal, written and telephone skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships inside and outside the organization. Demonstrated business acumen and computer software skills specifically, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Physical Demands / Working Environment: We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks. Candidates must have the ability to perform the requirements of the job with or without accommodation. This opportunity is an onsite role at our primary campus 5 days per week in Atlanta so, you must reside or willing to self-relocate to the metro Atlanta area. Comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, and other office equipment. Physically able to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, as needed.
