Corporate Affairs Admin Comms Associate
Overview Corporate Affairs Admin Comms Associate role is responsible for gathering information for public policy updates & thematic PepsiCo Foods program/project including translations materials in Vietnamese to English & vice versa. The role is responsible for drafting communications collaterals, managing communications vendors & activities. The role is also responsible for managing Pep+/OSAAT programs & support communities projects activities (She Feeds The World, GDA, NGF communities projects). The role is responsible for planning, coordinating & managing various corporate events & program internally & externally. The role is responsible for coordinating relevant contracts/agreement development, clearance & management effectively that include overseeing budget & finance elements. The person will also serve as CA Lead EA & support admin works. Responsibilities Public policy Updates & Thematic Program/Project background Alert, monitor, gather, update & present information in various thematic topics relevant to PepsiCo Foods such as EPR, food safety, sugar tax, tax incentives, investment policies, etc. into structured format Translate documents from Vietnamese into English and vice versa in various topics relevant to PepsiCo Foods Communications Coordinate cross funtions and agencies to develop contents and design for news articles, ppt slides, scripts for VDOs, leaflets, newsletters, etc. for both exernal and internal communications in accordance with PepsiCo communications guidance Manage, coordinate with agencies for communication plan, media trip, executive interviews & relevant communication activities Manage logs of communications activities & report to Global Media as required Pep+ /CSR OSAAT programs & community projects Support design process, manage Pep+/OSAAT programs & support communities projects activities (She Feeds The World, GDA, NGF communities projects) Coordinate cross functions, the Foundation, agencies & external partners for implementing Pep+ /CSR OSAAT programs & community projects Event plans & reports Coordinate cross funtions and external stakeholders to organise events led by PPGA for new investment projects, citizenship projects, Amcham annual events & Pep+ /CSR OSAAT programs Plan, manage budget, ensure effective execution of the event, collect data and report Vendor register/Contracts/Agreements Coordinate cross funtions and external stakeholders to register vendors; develop, clear, manage & complete relevant contracts/agreements Oversee budget & finance Collect data and report per Pep & external stakeholders’ requirements Admin support Serve as EA of CA Lead and support common tasks & activities Coordinate cross funtions and external stakeholders including budget & finance Manage engagement with both internal & external stakeholders in other emerging work of CA team Qualifications Skills/Experience Required Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Communications, Economics or related field or related experience. 3 Years of experience in the area of communication, event support & community projects 1-2 Years of experience in the areas of Corporate Affairs and Public Policies Competencies Required Competencies Required Good writing skills, graphic design- VDO edits abilities Good communications skills & relationship-building abilities Project management skills, budget and finance Deal with ambiguity, problem-solving Industry exposure to fast moving consumer goods would be advantageous
