CORPORATE AFFAIRS TRAINEE

We are looking for a Policy & Communications Trainee to join our team, who will focus on supporting it on deploying important strategic projects for the company and on their daily activities.
The intern will have the opportunity to join for an internship a multinational company and develop knowledge in policy, communications, and work closely with external stakeholders.
Your responsibilites
Support the implementation of strategic policy and communication projects; Work closely with the Policy and Communication lead in supporting therapeutic areas; Support the implementation of strategies that will enable the company to work closely with external stakeholders; Execute key projects for the department, specially related with CSR and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI); Working in cross-functional collaboration, ensuring Policy & Communications value integration into brand team priorities;With the help of third-parties, work on a strategy to take our social media channels, to the next level, more aligned with our work and impact on stakeholders;Collaborating closely with local and international colleagues from Policy & Communications, Access & Value, Account Access, Marketing, Medical, amongst other, to ensure alignment on Policy & Communication strategies, coordination on local actions and communication; Support in day-to-day activities;
Education & Experience
University degree (management, social sciences, communication, law, economics, finance, or similar)
Skills
Able to manage own work, with ability to prioritize, plan and organize work assignments of the team while working under strict timelines; Is self-motivated, proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task while delivering high quality work;Successfully develops relationships leading to the creation of a strong professional network;Acts with ethics and integrity being a role model for the entire company;Able to communicate clearly Enjoys working in a collaborative context and demonstrates strong team spirit;Strong analytical skills leveraging strategic thinking;Fluency in spoken and written English;Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including excel;Current Employees apply HERE
