Corporate Application Engineer – Strategic Accounts - KoreaDo you want to contribute to the backbone of some of the world’s most popular System-on-Chips (SoCs)? Are you technically savvy with a passion for learning and teaching?We seek a Corporate Application Engineer to be part of Arteris’ Custom Success Department.The Position will be located in South Korea.As a key interface between Customers and Arteris, you will use your technical background in SoC design, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and enthusiasm for teaching and learning to ensure Customer' success using our products. You will be key in supporting customers and becoming a direct interface between Arteris R&D and customer design teams.Key responsibilities:· Become familiar with entire product lines of Arteris· Specialize in one key product area:· For Korea: SIA products- Magillem (primary) and CSRCompiler (secondary)· Learn how Arteris products function and how to enable different hardware features within its configuration software for a wide range of customer applications.· Work with the Arteris Field Application Engineering (FAE) and Corporate Application Engineering teams (CAE) to develop training material for our products.· Create reference designs and labs to illustrate different use cases for our SIA products and its features.· Review and enhance Arteris customer-facing technical documentation.· Deliver customer presentations and training· Day to day support of customer support· Collaborate with marketing on whitepapers explaining the technical benefits of our products.· Create scripts to automate workflows used by the FAE and CAE teams.· Interface with R&D on customer issues, including feature enhancement requestsExperience requirements:Required:· You have six or more years of relevant front-end digital ASIC design experience and a Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.· Familiarity with SOC designs and methodologies· Ability to grasp technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.· Experience with Unix and Microsoft Office.· English language at a regular communication level.Nice to have skills:· Some experience programming in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.· Technical writing experience (e.g. hardware or software specifications).· Experience presenting to an audienceQualities:· You are highly motivated and results-driven.· You have organizational skills.· Be willing to do presentations to customers.· Motivated to learn about new technology.· Enjoy helping others solve complex problems.· You are a team player.· You can work independently as needed.· You must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.Education requirements:· BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar degree.About Arteris:Arteris is a leading provider of system IP for accelerating system-on-chip (SoC) development across today’s electronic systems.
