Corporate Asset Protection Specialist

Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of Asset Protection, Security and/or Systems experience.
• Proficiency in Video Management System(s), Card Access Control, Burglar Alarm Management and Salesforce.
• Experience with multi-site remote management.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
• Manages all security-equipment service projects for HDS locations. Maintains detailed records of service projects using
HDS project management software.
• Provides regular status information to all project stakeholders. Interfaces with service vendors on project statuses and
related issues.
• Reviews and processes all Asset Protection and Corporate Security vendor payment invoices. Manages the departments
purchase orders using SAP and periodically reviews vendor payment issues and/or delays.
• Participates and/or leads daily, weekly or monthly meetings. Reviews, tracks and reports on project statuses and identifies
deviations or adverse trends.
• Leads key and locking hardware program for all product locations. Participates in tasks related to new location
opening/closing/relocation.
• Assists in maintaining various departmental software programs.
• Plays active role in equipment programming and tuning.
