You will be acting for global organisations as well as Irish-listed companies and Irish businesses listed on the NYSE. You will be both technically proficient as well as able to handle the demands of clients in this fast paced but highly rewarding environment. You will have gained your experience at a Legal 500 Tier 1 or 2 firm in Ireland or the UK and have solid experience in M&A.
