Corporate Associate - Manchester city centre- International law firm Excellent opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join an international firm in their Manchester city centre office. The Role will involve: - The team advise owner managed business, management teams, private companies, listed companies and family investment companies - Legal 500 ranked team for Corporate and Commercial - The team work in diverse sectors - Broad range of work- mergers & acquisitions, reorganisations, restructurings, venture capital - Helping to build and maintain strong client relationships taking active participation in marketing initiatives Candidate requirements: - Corporate solicitor with at least 1 PQE+ - Solid technical and drafting skills, ideally gained from a highly regarded regional, national or international firm. - Team player with excellent communication skills (both written and oral). - Ability to manage matters independently and delegate as appropriate. - Drive and enthusiasm.
