A US law firm are looking for a junior corporate associate to join their team. This is a very unique role as it is with a firm that is incredibly well known for their work with early-stage companies and emerging tech. You will develop a broad experience including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, SPAC deals and joint ventures; you will have plenty of exposure to high level deals with bespoke training. The smaller nature of the team with give you greater depth of involvement with a firm that is committed to associates professional growth. You will be 0-3PQE having been trained and retained into a well regarded corporate team, with an interest to develop your expertise in the tech and life sciences sector.
