We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated individual to join our growing Corporate Audit function as a Learning & Workforce Development Officer, within the Chief Operating Officer (COO) organization, reporting to Vice President of Learning and Workforce Development. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Learning & Development within financial services, preferably with experience in internal audit. This role can be based out of Krakow, Poland.

What you will be responsible for

As a Corporate Audit Learning and Workforce Development Officer, you will be responsible for:

Learning Program Administration: Manage the end-to-end administration of learning programs, including scheduling, enrolment, global stakeholder management, coordination, and vendor engagement, including management of enterprise-wide memberships.

Data & Reporting: Track, report, and analyse key learning metrics, ensuring data-driven insights inform learning strategy, including execution of skills assessment.

Technical Proficiency: Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills to build reports, dashboard, and tracking learning effectiveness.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Vendor Management: Work closely with SMEs, audit teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless learning experiences.

Program Design & Delivery: Support the design, development, and delivery of learning initiatives within Corporate Audit, by working in collaboration with internal SMEs, Talent, Diversity & Learning partners, and external vendors.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline learning processes and enhance reporting capabilities.

Learning Evaluation: Measure the impact of learning interventions through evaluation frameworks and data analysis.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred).

Professional certifications or accreditations in adult learning, instructional design, or psychometric tools are a plus.

Familiarity with learning evaluation methodology and learning effectiveness metrics.

3-5 years of related experience.

Background in Learning & Development within financial services, preferably internal audit, or within second line Risk and Control function.

Technical Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and creating dashboards.

Skills in other data analysis tools, i.e., PowerBI, Tableau, etc. is preferred.

Additional requirements

Travel up to30 -50% may be required.
