Corporate Benefits Administrator

Job Summary: The Benefits Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and administering the company's employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. This role requires a meticulous and organized individual who can ensure compliance with regulations and provide excellent support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Benefits Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending plan, retirement plans, etc.).Employee Support: Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues, providing clear and accurate information.Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefits legislation.Enrollment and Changes: Oversee the enrollment process for new employees and manage changes to existing employee benefits.Vendor Management: Liaise with benefits providers and vendors to resolve issues and ensure optimal service delivery.Communication: Develop and distribute communication materials to inform employees about benefits programs and any changes.Reporting: Prepare and maintain benefits records and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of benefits policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.Strong knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00
