Overview The Corporate Citizenship Coordinator leads the development and coordination of marketing, branding, sponsorship, giving, volunteer, and other corporate citizenship activities. This role drives significant stakeholder engagement across the Rhode Island Energy footprint and in coordination with the greater PPL enterprise as applicable. This role is responsible for developing and executing the company’s corporate citizenship strategy and communicating activities to internal and external stakeholders alike. Enhances customer satisfaction, community engagement, and positive reputational outcomes. Responsibilities Develops and manages corporate citizenship strategies to measurably enhance customer satisfaction. Oversees marketing, branding, and sponsorship portfolios, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. Coordinates and supports volunteer activities and community events. Assists in developing communications for corporate citizenship activities. Manages the RI Energy Foundation grant program. Generates reports to measure the effectiveness of corporate citizenship activities. Supports customer crisis events (e.g., storm responses) and participate in media relations. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills. Ensures the company protects and advances its reputation in a coordinated and consistent manner. Produces collateral (e.g., presentations, printed materials, etc.) to support company leaders and representatives at publicity events. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public affairs, or a relevant field. 1-5 years' experience in marketing, communications, public affairs, or a related field. Proficiency in project management and coordination. Excellent writing, interpersonal, and oral communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a relevant field. 5+ years' experience in business, communications, marketing, or a relevant field.
