As the Corporate Client Communications Principal, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, implement and supervise effective marketing strategies that align with business goals;Drive effective implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads;Identify business opportunities and make recommendations to management.Lead all aspects of branding initiatives to enhance brand visibility and positioning in the market.Drive social media strategies to engage the target audience and drive customer acquisition and retentionCollaborate with internal partners and external agencies to ensure effective ATL/BTL/ internal communicationsAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing strategies

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education

University graduate or equivalent experience

Experience

A minimum of 10 years marketing experience, with at least 3 years in financial service sector and in managerial capacity. Experience in MPF / Group Insurance / Insurance field is an advantage

Certifications/licences

Acquire relevant licence if job involves in regulated activities and ensure team member(s) who perform regulated activities have acquiredd the relevant licences and fulfilled the licencing requirements

Special skills

Computer literate, good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, knowledge in marketing management, able to communicate with all levels in the organisation including Senior Management, teammate with strong sense of responsibilities, able to meet tight deadlines and positive working demeanour
