WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....

Monitor company projects as well as supervise training services and solutions to sustain the continuous development of our company’s corporate solutions and pension business

Manage the development and implementation of quality assurance programs and perform process reviews to effectively identify and evaluate key process improvement areas in both pension and employee benefits operations

Incorporate directives and initiatives of the company and regulators and to ensure good standards are established and being maintained by relevant business functions

Roles and Responsibilities:

Complaint Handling (50%)

Collaborate and work closely with complaint team within and across departments to follow up complaint cases proactively and within service benchmark

Project Management (20%)

Develop and manage project plans; ensure smooth project delivery by bringing stakeholders together, chairing meetings as well as prioritizing and assigning appropriate tasks to project membersWorking closely with internal and external parties such as internal and external auditors to ensure projects deliver on time and within budget

Quality Assurance (10%)

Manage the development and implementation of quality assurance programs to ensure operations and services are up-to-standardMonitor the development and implementation of quality assurance programs that are consistent with relevant governance standardsReview various processes, procedure manuals and complaints to identify potential risk exposures and process improvement areas, and recommend changes and enhancement in processes when necessaryLead the process improvement projects/tasks to improve operation efficiency and effectiveness and provide recommendations to support business goalsLiaise with various stakeholders such as internal parties, regulators and auditors, etc to maintain effective communication

Professional Training Development (5%)

Ensure the development and delivery of leadership training programs meet business and staff development needsManage training programs by constantly revising and updating its content and methodology to ensure vitality and effectiveness of the  programsProvide specific training advices and tailor-made programs to support the business development

License Monitoring (5%)

Monitor staff IA & MPF license to fulfill continuing education and annual renewal requirement

Other Responsibilities (10%)

Ensure periodical management report to be prepared and submitted to related parties on timePerform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet Company’s standard and guidelines and/or other requirementsCoordinate between users and internal/external auditor for operational auditPerform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor in order to meet company’s standards, guidelines and other requirementsWork with internal and external parties to deliver projects on timePrepare management update for business functions

Minimum Job Requirements:

University graduateMinimum 7 years of management experience in project management and / or training and developmentPreference will be given to those who have at least 3 years of working experience in MPF and pension businessStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent facilitation and consultancy skillsGood command of both written and spoken English and ChineseGood leadership and ability to demonstrate positive attitude in leading the team towards successCandidates with less experiences would be considered as Specialist
