About the Role
Ensure the Team meets or exceeds the client retention and service-to-sales targets, key performance benchmarks, as well as compliance and customer service standardsRoles and Responsibilities:
Provide Administration and Customer Services to Pension BusinessProvide one-stop administration service to Pension clients including enrolment, contribution, termination, policy/record maintenance, regulatory filing, issuing of client reports, and responding to client/intermediary’s enquiries and complaints in a timely mannerProvide servicing support to distribution channels e.g. brokers/agents/bank alliances on Pension’s clients related issuesHandles enquiries escalated by the eMPF Platform in relation to scheme administrative functions performed by the eMPF Platform which are required for Trustee’s discretion and reply to the eMPF Platform within pre-defined turnaround timeConduct AML/Dow Jones regular checking of all scheme participants (including corporate level and member level) in accordance with Trustee’s established procedureReview potential irregular cases escalated by the eMPF Platform which are required for Trustee’s discretion and reply to the eMPF Platform within pre-defined turnaround timeEscalate any potential hit cases to AML Compliance for review and senior management for approvalUpdate control logs for monitoring purposeReview and update administration procedures to reflect change of regulatory requirement and Group policyPerform any other duties and projects as assignedBe the module owner as assignedJob Requirements:
University graduate with minimum 5 years customer services/operations experienceGood knowledge on group insurance and MPF/ORSO retirement schemesSelf-motivated and customer orientatedDetail orientedMust be a good team playerGood communication and interpersonal skillsOutgoing personality with good presentation skillsGood time management and organization skillsGood staff coaching skillsGood PC skillsProficient in both spoken and written Chinese and EnglishOthers:
