Adecco is assisting a local client in the Palm Beach Gardens area looking for an experience Corporate Collections Specialist to work a temp to perm job. Pay is $25 per hour and shift schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday and OT as needed. You must be available to work ONSITE in the Palm Beach Gardens area. **Responsibilities for the Corporate Collections Specialist job.** + **Identify overdue accounts** : Monitor accounts and identify outstanding debts + **Contact customers** : Contact customers by phone or email to discuss overdue payments + **Negotiate payment plans** : Work with customers to establish payment plans + **Process payments** : Process payments and refunds + **Resolve issues** : Resolve billing and credit issues + **Maintain records** : Keep records of all collection activities and customer payment records + **Prepare reports** : Prepare and present reports on collection activities + **Follow up** : Follow up with customers on overdue accounts + **Communicate** : Communicate with other departments as needed Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401k plan.
