The Corporate Communication Coordinator will contribute to a number of internal and external projects, providing general support to the Corporate Communication team with a focus on developing deliverables for a variety of channels and targeted at various audiences. They will work as part of a delivery team, with opportunities to learn from communication, change management, corporate responsibility, project management and other professionals.
Responsibilities
Work with Communication team members to develop, format and edit presentations for delivery to leaders, managers and colleagues across the company Support the development of content for key deliverables and coordinate activities to support our clients’ and stakeholders’ needs Create project plans and timelines for deliverables and activities; gather and synthesize relevant information from various subject matter experts; manage review process to gain approval of key deliverables Review and edit documents for clarity, consistency and quality; ensure adherence with WTW brand and style standards, using Writer AI to support the review process Coordinate with other resources/vendors as needed (such as intranet advisory, translation and video production) Manage internal communication/distribution channels (such as Viva Engage, Teams Live Events and Town Halls, intranet content, Poppulo, and Outlook mailboxes and distribution lists); experience in these tools is a plus (training will be provided) Deliver projects to meet or exceed client expectations Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams Participate in internal team and client discussions – offering ideas and insights Continue to develop technical knowledge and skills in the areas of communication, change management and project managementRequirements
Three-plus years of corporate communication, public relations or marketing experience; global service delivery center environment experience a plus; WTW experience also a plusGood communicator with excellent all-around listening, writing, editorial and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint; experience in Excel and PowerBI a plusDemonstrated ability to collaborate cross team, cross functionally and cross culturally Detail-oriented, organized and adaptable with solid business and financial acumenAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects, self-manage and prioritize workloadExperience handling sensitive and confidential issuesCan work flexibly — with colleagues in multiple locations and sometimes over extended hours, as requiredSynthesizes direction, navigates ambiguity and prioritizes actions from a variety of stakeholdersWorks efficiently and effectively under pressure and in an environment of continuous improvementA fast learner with a “can do” attitudeAmenable to be assigned on US working hours
