We are seeking a Corporate Communications Manager in Indonesia who will report into the Head of Corporate Communications, Southeast Asia. This role will drive the development and implementation of a focused corporate comms strategy to proactively communicate Apple messages to targeted media and influencers. DescriptionDescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading activities with media and content creators in the country to manage the company’s corporate reputation in Indonesia and help communicate Apple’s contribution locally, focused on key areas such as our economic contribution, culture and education, customer privacy, and environmental leadership. The role requires an ability to think strategically and to execute activations with a high attention to detail. It also requires a proven ability to anticipate, manage and mitigate PR issues, working closely with local and global teams. - This role will report into Head of Corporate Comms and PR Southeast Asia. You will work in partnership to create strategies and deliver campaigns that increase awareness and understanding of products and their software. - The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a variety of other teams and functions to create and deliver the activity that increases awareness and understanding. This may include other product PR managers, country product PR Managers, Product Marketing and Marcom teams as well as GA and legal teams across the organisation. You will help devise and implement global communications initiatives that resonate with the local audience. Responsibilities will include strategic planning and execution, identifying and managing issues in a fast-paced environment and continuous news cycle. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the wider management team in the region and also be tightly coordinating with the SEA PR team to support and drive the understanding of Apple’s values.
