Corporate Communications Manager

​​AGCO is seeking a talented, passionate and highly motivated professional to join the Corporate Communications team as a manager based in the global headquarters in Duluth, Georgia. As a Corporate Communications Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with senior leaders and subject matter experts from across the business, recommending communication approaches based on their goals and objectives and executing communication plans that span internally and externally. The role requires strong writing, design and communications planning as it will provide communications support for various functions and projects.​ 

 

Your Impact 

​​​Administers the creation and dissemination of corporate information or messaging internally and externally to support AGCO’s Farmer-First strategy.   

​Serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and will be critical to building a narrative that delivers on company objectives and furthers AGCO’s vision of being a trusted partner for industry-leading, smart farming solutions​.

Manages and prioritizes complex stakeholder needs to draft communication plans and corporate messages that gain buy-in from target audiences; reviews and edits messages to ensure they are clear, thorough, on-brand and seek to preserve the company's image. 

​Evaluates message content and target audience and suggests appropriate delivery channels via holistic communication plans.  

​Collects data on the performance of specific communications or campaigns and adjusts communication tactics accordingly. Supports development, project management and amplification of AGCO’s Sustainability Report as well as other strategic projects.​​ 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

​​A minimum of six years of communications experience demonstrating strong business acumen and superior written and verbal English skills.  

​Bachelor’s degree; degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or related field. 

​Technical aptitude demonstrated through ability to use a variety of communication platforms and tools including Microsoft suite, Vidyard and Adobe Experience Management.  

​Strong project management and problem-solving skills; able to work proactively and independently with a sense of urgency and flexibility on multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality results. 

​Be forward-thinking and able to seek out and apply new technologies. Comfortable rolling up sleeves to execute within a team, both in-person and with remote contacts.  ​
