Corporate Communications Specialist

You will be supporting Allianz Entities with Corporate Communications, Internal and External communications as well as maintaining the standard of entities’ messaging and tonality across all communications. You will be working closely with entity stakeholders to fulfill key responsibility areas.

 

Your creativity and strategic thinking will help amplify our corporate voice, enhance internal engagement, and drive our brand presence in the market.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

CEO Communications:

 

• Collaborate with senior leadership to create, manage, and curate content for CEO messages and internal stakeholder communications, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across all channels

 

Internal Communications:

 

Develop and implement an internal communications strategy that reflects our organisational culture and business goals Create engaging content for internal communication platforms, focusing on employer branding, employee stories, events, and more, to foster a strong internal community. Ensure all departmental communications align with AIS’s messaging standards and brand identity

 

External Communications (Online & Offline):

 

Lead the development, implementation, and management of our social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring it supports AIS’s business objectives. Cultivate and manage relationships with PR partners and content marketing channels, optimising their use to enhance brand visibility. Oversee the AIS website, social media platforms, and digital content, ensuring they are current, engaging, and aligned with our strategic goals Stay ahead of the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing, applying this knowledge to our content strategy Collaborate with designers to create visually compelling and informative content. Produce high-quality copy that resonates with our target audience, reflecting AIS’s business strategy in external communications Engage with the distribution network regularly, providing campaign updates and supporting operational requirements Analyse content engagement and adjust strategies to optimise performance.

 

Distribution Network Engagement

 

Create and implement communication plans to effectively engage the distribution network, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering strong, collaborative relationships. Craft clear, compelling, and tailored messages, including newsletters, updates, and digital content, to keep the distribution network informed, motivated, and aligned with company initiatives such as campaigns, product launches, system upgrades, etc.

 

Organisational Responsibilities:

 

Manage the branding and formatting of all external collateral, including product brochures, policy documents, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with Allianz brand guidelines. Support the creation of content for brochures and other marketing materials as needed. Build and enhance AIS’s corporate profile through participation in industry events and award opportunities. Partner with HR on employer branding initiatives to strengthen AIS’s reputation as an employer of choice. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including PR and design agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

 

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): 

 

Research and recommend CSR initiatives that align with our company values and have a meaningful impact in the Singapore market.

 

Required Capabilities & Qualifications

 

Minimum of a Polytechnic Diploma, with 5-7 years of relevant experience in a Corporate Communications role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Proven experience in employer branding, social media marketing, PR, and content management. Strong technical skills in web content management, social media tools, and AI platforms. Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, and others. In-depth understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and how to optimise content for engagement. Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for visual design. Knowledge of SEO best practices and web traffic metrics. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Creative and critical thinker, able to generate innovative ideas and execute them effectively. Excellent interpersonal, communication, multitasking, and time management skills. Strong presentation skills and experience in video production or post-production will be advantageous
