Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement programs for internal and external communications within your assigned area of responsibility, in line with the global business strategy, corporate communications strategy, corporate identity, and brand positioning. Each day, you will ensure executional excellence for all communications measures, across your area of responsibility, in line with brand positioning, corporate identity/design guidelines, and global communications framework. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending and contributing to cross-business communications projects. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Team in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tDevelop and execute the Hub Americas comms strategy and plan with an audience-first approach, aligning with the Hub strategy and global employee and culture communications strategy. •\tWith a quality over quantity mindset, develop and author a variety of internal and executive communications including articles, talking points, presentations, announcements, employee stories and videos. •\tLeverage the existing channels and contemplate new ones to drive innovation in employee communications for front line workers.•\tPreparing content and strategic communication plans for internal programs and stand-out campaigns.•\tWork cross-functionally across teams in close partnership with the manufacturing unit teams, Human Resources, Operations, local communications and other functions to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery, while championing the inclusion of our front-line employee voice.•\tTravel frequently to guarantee close collaboration and partnership with stakeholders across the different locations of the Hub.
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor´s degree in Marketing, communication, administration or similar.\t5+ years of experience in similar roles.\tExperience in employee communications for front line workers will be considered a plus.\tExcellent written communication and editing skills / Excellent presentation skills \tExperience in cross functional communications/ proven collaboration skills and a good team player\tExperience in coaching leaders in their executive communications will be considered a plus\tExperience in change management and/or HR communications will be considered a plus \tFluent English is a must.
