Xanterra is currently seeking a Corporate Compensation Analyst to support the administration of company compensation programs. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator, a collaborative partner, well-orginized, and have the ability to effectively problem solve. Responsibilities • Administer compensation programs including plan design development, implementation and administration for a diverse workforce (executives, managers, hourly, and seasonal employees) including but not limited to compensation surveys, job code structure, reporting and analytics, legislative updates and payroll integration. • Review and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws. Ensures compliance with all minimum wage, OFCCP, FLSA, and DOL mandated requirements and reporting. • Create and maintain a job code infrastructure to ensure consistent practices across the organization. • Research, analyze, recommend and implement new and updated processes to improve current practices and educate corporate and field staff on procedures. • Assist in evaluating compensation practices for new acquisitions. • Assist in preparation of annual merit increase process, incentive programs and annual payroll budgets. • Identify relevant market data and trends regarding employee compensation and present recommendations. • Maintain job descriptions and a database of all job descriptions for the organization. • Provide support with projects and prepare ad hoc compensation and budget-related reports as requested. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 3-5 years’ experience in the analysis, design and administration of compensation programs • Advanced excel skills required • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and its application in compensation • Creative approach to problem solving • Demonstrated project management skills, and the ability to manage time effectively to support multiple assignments, shift priorities in accordance with needs • Ability to successfully interact with all levels of employees including executives and seasonal employees • Ability to work both independently and within teams • High attention to detailed and complex work • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills • Smartsheet skills preferred • Hospitality and/or high-volume front-line employee environment preferred. COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00.
