Accounting Leadership & Financial Reporting-Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant financial statements.-Deliver clear and reliable financial reporting to senior leadership.-Align accounting practices with strategic business objectives.
Internal Controls & Compliance-Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to US GAAP and regulatory standards.-Manage external audits and maintain robust financial policies and procedures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration-Partner with Legal, HR, IT, and Operations to embed financial accountability across the business.-Ensure consistent application of accounting policies across departments and regions.
Payroll Oversight-Oversee payroll accounting and ensure accurate cost allocations across departments.
Process Optimization & Systems Improvement-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency.-Leverage technology and automation to modernize accounting workflows. What You Bring:
-CPA with 10+  years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry roles.-Deep knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.-Proven leadership in managing large accounting teams and cross-functional collaboration.-High proficiency in Excel and financial systems; ERP experience preferred.-Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. Why You’ll Thrive Here:

Pay variations by location reflect local conditions and differences in the cost of labor.
