Accounting Leadership & Financial Reporting-Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant financial statements.-Deliver clear and reliable financial reporting to senior leadership.-Align accounting practices with strategic business objectives.
Internal Controls & Compliance-Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to US GAAP and regulatory standards.-Manage external audits and maintain robust financial policies and procedures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration-Partner with Legal, HR, IT, and Operations to embed financial accountability across the business.-Ensure consistent application of accounting policies across departments and regions.
Payroll Oversight-Oversee payroll accounting and ensure accurate cost allocations across departments.
Process Optimization & Systems Improvement-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency.-Leverage technology and automation to modernize accounting workflows. What You Bring:
-CPA with 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry roles.-Deep knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.-Proven leadership in managing large accounting teams and cross-functional collaboration.-High proficiency in Excel and financial systems; ERP experience preferred.-Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors unique to each candidate, such as prior experience, skill, certifications, and work location. Pay variations by location reflect local conditions and differences in the cost of labor.
