CORPORATE CONTROLLER
**Description** Corporate Controller Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Corporate Controller to join our Fed Beef division. This position will be located onsite at our corporate office in Greeley, Colorado. The Fed Beef Corporate Controller role provides exposure to multiple aspects of the Fed Beef business unit. The selected candidate will report to the Director of Finance and have regular interaction with the CEO of JBS USA through weekly and monthly reporting processes. The Corporate Controller provides direct oversight on Sales Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Profitability reporting. The ideal candidate should enjoy a set of daily and weekly routine tasks supplemented with projects and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: + Responsible for management of the Business Unit accounting reports – P&L Estimates, Processes, and Accuracy + Participate in analysis initiatives related with Working Capital and Cash Flow – A.R., A.P., and Inventories + Create and develop financial reports to support a stronger understanding of financials by B.U. management + Perform and oversee corporate month end financial entries + Champion and seek continuous improvement for SOX compliance processes + Budget setting and interpret the results of business unit performance vs budget + Other duties as assigned Qualifications: + B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or related field required + Minimum 5 years accounting experience, including direct experience with the creation of financial reporting + Minimum 2 years of experience with managing staff + Experience with SAP and cost accounting systems preferred + Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to details + Excellent problem solving skills + Strong communication skills + Advanced skills in Excel and database functions required + Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation + As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits: + Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment; + Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays; + 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; + Base salary range of $100,000-$135,000; + Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and + Career Development:Our company is dedicated to supporting professional growth by offering continuous learning opportunities and a focus on career growth through various learning and development programs.
