Amazon’s Legal Department seeks a talented public sector lawyer based in New Delhi to support Amazon Web Services (AWS) in its dealings with Indian public sector customers. AWS, the world's most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform, offers a wide range of cloud computing and IT services, including compute, storage, databases, Internet of Things, machine learning, quantum technologies, and robotics, as well as training and digital transformation consulting.

The Corporate Counsel will play a crucial role in supporting AWS's public sector business teams. This position involves negotiating technology licensing agreements, supporting compliance activities, and advising on new programs and solutions for government customers and commercial entities operating in the public sector. The successful candidate will provide ongoing legal counsel and contract interpretation for business leaders, as well as analyze and resolve contract issues.
