The Role: In-House Legal Eagle We're looking for a sharp legal mind to join our awesome legal team! You'll be our go-to person for commercial contracts, reporting to the Associate General Counsel. We're a fun, driven bunch who believes in teamwork and getting things done.
What You'll Do:
Lead the contracts show (and some great paralegals too!) Be our commercial contracts superhero - draft, negotiate, and manage everything from tech deals to vendor agreements Guide our business teams through legal mazes while keeping things practical and compliant Help with M&A adventures, IP protection, and international legal puzzles Keep our corporate house in order and jump in on HR matters when neededWhat You'll Bring:
JD degree and license to practice (cape optional) 6+ years of legal experience under your belt Sharp contract management skills Tech-savvy with a knack for MS Office and legal research Eagle eye for detail and presentation Awesome communication skills - both writing and talking IP transaction expertise Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping coolYour Superpower Traits:

The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $90,000 - $160,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
