Description We are on the hunt for a Corporate Counsel to be an integral part of our team. Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, this role involves managing complex negotiations, providing expert guidance on risks and liabilities, handling contracts and IP matters, and overseeing two other attorneys. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of contracts, from initiation to completion • Address IP matters with a strong understanding of the legal implications • Lead two other attorneys, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment • Engage in complex negotiations, utilizing strategic thinking and strong communication skills • Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on potential risks and liabilities • Interact at a high C-suite level, ensuring clear and consistent communication • Use 3M, Adobe Acrobat, and Case Management Software for various tasks • Utilize Conveyancer and Document Management for efficient handling of legal documents • Handle civil litigation and claim administration when necessary • Manage complaint handling in the consumer electronics industry, ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Corporate Counsel or similar role • Proficient in using 3M and Adobe Acrobat software • Demonstrated experience with Case Management Software • Familiarity with Conveyancer software is required • Strong skills in Document Management • Proven experience in Briefing and Civil Litigation • Experience in Claim Administration is necessary • Expertise in Complaint Handling is essential • Must have knowledge of Consumer Electronics sector • Law degree from an accredited university is mandatory Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
