Other duties may be assigned. Candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of health care law or hospital operations experience handling the following: Fraud & abuse compliance including Stark law and the federal Anti-Kickback statute Review and negotiation of physician contracts including employment agreements, recruitment agreements, and any other assigned transactional documents Candidate should have ability to provide day to day health care regulatory advice regarding physician contracting to Hospital CEO’s and CFO’s and Corporate Leadership **Qualifications:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management. **Math Ability:** Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. **Reasoning Ability:** Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
