Job Description:
The Corporate Credit Card Program Manager is responsible for the development, design, administration, management, and optimization of the company’s corporate credit card program. This role includes designing the blue print of a corporate credit card program which includes, payables program, end-user credit card program, p-card program, and others, including designing a corporate credit card policy, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, streamlining processes, and providing support to cardholders. The manager report to Global Group Treasurer and will work closely with various departments including finance, procurement, and compliance to ensure the program's effectiveness and efficiency.
This position will also support and coordinate the corporate treasury team in the KYC compliance process for all bank accounts globally as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Administration: Manage the issuance, cancellation, and replacement of corporate credit cards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all active and inactive cards. Ensure the corporate credit card program complies with internal policies and external regulations. Policy Development: Develop, update, and enforce corporate credit card policies and procedures. Educate employees on the appropriate use of corporate credit cards and relevant policies. Expense Management: Monitor and analyze credit card usage and expenses to ensure adherence to budget and identify areas for cost savings. Reconcile monthly credit card statements and address any discrepancies. Customer Support: Provide support to cardholders, including resolving issues, answering queries, and providing training. Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the credit card provider. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and distribute regular reports on credit card usage, compliance, and performance metrics. Perform data analysis to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement. Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor compliance with the company’s credit card policy and take corrective actions when necessary. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the corporate credit card program. Coordinate and liaise with legal departments, banks, and corporate treasury team to support in the KYC compliance process for all bank accounts globally as needed. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to the corporate credit card program to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Manage RFPs as needed Implement best practices and industry standards. Collaboration: Work closely with finance, procurement, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of the corporate credit card program. Foster positive relationships with the credit card provider and negotiate terms when necessary. Coordinate and liaise with legal departments, banks, and corporate treasury team in KYC compliance process for all bank accounts globallyQualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing corporate credit card programs or related financial management roles. Experience in policy development and compliance management. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, expense management software).
