GENERAL FUNCTION
This position works as part of the Strategic Pricing team at EssilorLuxottica by processing discount arrangement requests, executing in-depth pricing analyses, managing reporting obligations, and aiding in the approval process. There is a focus on enhancing process efficiency and ensuring policy compliance.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with internal team to manage the Discount Arrangement Request Tool (DART) queue, ensuring all requests align with company guidelines. Partner with the commercial team to ensure that requests are accurate and meet compliance requirements, providing accurate and timely feedback to reduce time to execution Maintain a deep understanding of the different Strategic pricing initiatives to support commercial team to effectively execute Provide accurate and timely pricing analysis to support decision making on deal approvalBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree with preference for Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering 0-3 years successful experience in strategic pricing or similar analytical roles Proficiency with Microsoft Office including experience in Microsoft Excel Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization verbally and in writing, building effective partnerships across teams Proven leadership and collaboration skills are required to create strong cross-functional relationships Excellence in attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects Clear, concise communication style. Ability to drive a cross-functional project. Ability to develop strong relationships with key partnersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced level Excel skills including VBA Experience with SAP CX, Salesforce or other CRMEmployee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
