Our client is seeking a Corporate Development Advisor to join their team. As a Corporate Development Advisor, you will be part of the Corporate Development Team supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Corporate Development Advisor **Duration:** 1 year **Job Description:** + Support financial modeling, detailed valuation analysis, and related assessments to inform strategic decision-making. + Monitor industry trends and news to evaluate potential impacts on business cases, while identifying opportunities and risks that align with the company’s objectives. + Assist in assembling project documents that illustrate the opportunities for senior management and Board review, including economic benefits, strategic fit, and risk. + Contribute to/support long-term asset planning, in partnership with business units, asset managers, and Finance. + Work closely with the corporate strategy team to explore inorganic opportunities to accelerate delivery of broader strategic initiatives. **Qualifications:** + University graduate or equivalent with 8+ years related experience OR 12+ years combination of post-secondary education and related experience. + 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, equity research, or strategy-related work is required. + Completion of an MBA or CFA designation is preferred. + Experience with conducting structured qualitative analysis and solving ambiguous problems. + Strong foundation in financial analysis and experience with financial models. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. + Engage in meaningful projects that drive sustainable growth. + Collaborate with a talented and diverse team of professionals. + Enhance your skills in financial analysis and strategic decision-making. + Contribute to the long-term success of the organization.
