General Summary:

Exciting opportunity to work in Qualcomm’s Corporate Development group in a high visibility role with responsibility for delivering insightful analysis to support executive decision making. Expected to work across the organization (Business Units, engineering, finance and legal) to support development of overall Qualcomm Strategy and Corporate Development Activities including: (1) strategy analysis, (2) valuation for mergers & acquisitions, (3) accretion dilution analysis, and (4) evaluation of strategic business opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Strategy & Analysis or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 4+ years of Strategy & Analysis or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate development, engineering, product mgmt., technology consulting, strategy, or finance is ideal.Strong understanding of business concepts and corporate financeProficient in valuation and financial modelling ability with ability to operate complex models that clearly highlight key assumptions. Understand / interpret financial statements and have ability to build / forecast 3 statement valuation models Keen interest in the technology industry and awareness of key trends in mobile technologies & applicationsAbility to analyze complex business problems, develop supporting analysis and present in a clear and simple manner for an executive audience.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMBA from top program preferred.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$121,600.00 - $182,400.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
