You will work closely with senior management, including the Group CEO, CFO, and Head of Strategy, to identify and assess growth opportunities and specific target companies.What You’ll Be Doing:MA Sourcing: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insightful advice on potential targets, conducting market research and maintaining databases to inform strategic decisions.Deal Execution: Assist in driving the MA process, from due diligence through to deal closure, ensuring seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders.Intelligence Gathering: Continuously collect competitor and market intelligence to support management with valuable insights.Project Involvement: Participate in diverse internal projects, including valuations of hard-to-value assets and assisting with post-acquisition planning.

What You’ll Bring:
