This role includes deal support executing acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments, and other business development structures on behalf of IBM business units and IBM corporate headquarters to meet the strategic goals of the company. Responsibilities include multiple elements of deal execution including:

• Financial Analysis/ Financial Modeling

• Valuation

• Company/Market Research

• Presentations and other communications to senior executives

• Project management

• Due diligence

• Contract review

• Close/post-close payments
