**About this role:** The Senior Business Execution Consultant will work closely with the Corporate Development team, key line of business leaders, and Enterprise Functions while being responsible for the successful implementation of Separability Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) deliverables required for each core business line, including a variety of Divestiture Option Playbooks and Reverse Due Diligence initiatives, and supporting documentation. This position requires both tactical and strategic execution to meet the yearly objectives defined by the regulators for RRP. **In this role, you will:** + Responsible for the end-to-end planning, tracking, communication, documentation, and execution of all Separability deliverables and objectives, including: + Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives + Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations + Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business + Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership + Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience + Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures + Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners **Required Qualifications:** + 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting + Ability to lead during times of ambiguity and change + Ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with senior leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment + Proven ability to be solution oriented and be a self-starter with modest direction + Proven track record of end-to-end implementation/execution of complex projects + Superior project management skills including the ability to execute/implement multiple projects concurrently, ideally in a regulatory environment **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
