Corporate Digital Marketing ManagerCorporate Marketing & Communications is the corporate function responsible for positioning, protecting, governing and growing Amadeus’ corporate reputation, business and brand with all audiences worldwide. The Corporate External Communications and Digital Marketing team supports this mission with all external audiences, and the Corporate Digital Marketing team delivers high-value, measurable, strategic awareness and positioning work while providing the digital platforms, insights, support and governance that drive commercial objectives and reputational efforts through digital channels.
The role of the Corporate Digital Marketing Manager is to strategize and deliver on the execution of relevant, high-performing, always-on organic and paid social media presence and campaigns and search and other digital media advertising to build and maintain awareness of Amadeus among its key audiences in our digital channels. Digital and marketing communication channels include Amadeus.com, Google, LinkedIn, Meta channels, X (and any other relevant social and search platforms) and familiarity with digital media buying for display and programmatic platforms.
A thorough and strategic understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), paid & organic social media marketing and communication, content marketing, email marketing, digital advertising, public relations, digital marketing analytics and brand marketing and how they work together plus experience in marketing and communication best practices and excellence at a corporate level are requirements for this role.
Main Responsibilities
Organic and paid digital marketing & communication execution
Manage corporate digital channels (excluding websites) both strategically and operationally to ensure the most effective use of each channelOversee and execute organic social media presence, includes implementing a social media strategy and evolving the company's social media presence and engagementPlan and execute always-on paid search and paid social media campaigns aligned to corporate themes and business priorities with the objective of building brand awareness of Amadeus.Has experience and deep knowledge of working with each search and social media company and their platforms, executing, managing & monitoring paid and organic activity in each channel, and is an astute budget manager, ensuring that we maximize the impact of our budget.Project management
Have a firm understanding of agile methodology project management to enable collaboration with other project managers and key stakeholders.Possess strengths in relationship-building and stakeholder relationship management to ensure alignment and awareness of paid search and social media activities across the company to ensure goals and expectations are clear and trackedWork with and oftentimes lead external agency and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs with effective results.Is organized in asset management and use of digital tools to make sharing, reviewing, editing and finalizing content and reports simple and streamlined.Content consultant for each digital channel
Believes that one size does not fit all when it comes to content for digital channels, and has a strategic understanding that each digital channel serves its own purpose, resonates with audiences in different ways and that the same message can be delivered in multiple ways to be most effective with a variety of target audiencesNeeds to be confident and comfortable providing guidance about content that aligns to our brand and will increase user engagement, and can spearhead efforts to gather employee- or user-generated contentServes as an advocate for high-quality content and messaging that reflects a unique personality aligned to our brand voice, and understands how to lead by example when it comes to best practices in our digital channelsGovernance, evaluation & measurement
Create and enforce governance to streamline Amadeus’s approach, positioning and voice across its digital channelsInstill a discipline of having a data-led approach in evaluating, measuring and improving the performance of the corporate digital channels.While this role will not execute all digital marketing campaigns across the company, it is responsible for providing governance and guidelines for paid and organic digital media implementation across the organization, configuring digital ad campaigns, monitoring them to ensure performance goals are realistic and being met, and proactively leading internal stakeholders towards success when they are leveraging the Amadeus corporate digital channels.Education
University degree, experience in B2B and digital marketing. Post-graduate studies in Marketing is a plusDemonstrated success owning the strategy, framework, development, and execution for global, multichannel campaigns, especially in social media and searchRelevant Work Experience

Experience working with Google paid ad campaigns, Meta platform ads and LinkedIn and X campaigns with budget and P&L responsibility, Proven track record defining objectives, planning, launching, managing and optimizing Ads campaigns, consistent and proven track record with paid social display build outs, targeting and segmentation strategies, campaign ramp up and expansion, budget growth, revenue scaling and conversion optimization, Excellent project management skills, commitment to deadlines and processes and policies, 8+ yrs in digital marketing with leading tools, experience measuring the success of Paid Media effortsExperience collecting and analyzing data, making recommendations for improvements, changes, new initiatives and promoting change across an organizationExperience of short-, mid-, long- term planning and strategy development based on the company objectivesWe can offer you
