Corporate Director, Real Estate - Hybrid

What to Expect

Schedule: Monday - Friday  

This position will have a hybrid work environment operating from the Scottsdale, AZ location 3 days per week and working from a remote/ at-home office 2 days per week.

As the Corporate Director, Real Estate, you'll get to:

Leverage industry insights to guide real estate decisions.Support site selection, acquisitions, leases, and dispositions.Oversee design, build, and renovation projects while managing external partners.Lead facility planning, construction, and maintenance, ensuring projects stay on track.Provide real estate guidance to staff and field teams, securing approvals and driving execution.Manage budgets and track performance for construction projects.Contribute to overall real estate strategy and portfolio optimization.Ensure compliance with federal and state regulationsKnowledge/ Education  Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced knowledge of safety, security, engineering, zoning and other regulatory issues as they relate to facilities (e.g., OSHA, fire codes, ADA, etc.) required. Advanced knowledge of corporate industrial real estate and related financial terms and principles required.    Experience  Eight years of experience progressive experience in corporate real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases required.  To include: • Three years supervisory experience. Experience in real estate strategy and exposure to overall Corporate real estate delivery model (acquisition/disposition, construction, facility management) required. Previous health care facility management experience preferred.    Skills/ Abilities  Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.  Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Good supervisory skills with the ability to effectively utilize and develop personnel to execute job tasks. Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management and provide consistently high levels of customer service. Ability to think strategically and independently. Excellent planning, organizational, problem solving, negotiating, and prioritizing skills. Ability to make sound decisions and work well under pressure. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to read and work with CAD programs. Proficient computer skills. Ability to travel (10%).
