We are currently seeking a Corporate Director of HR Operations who will be responsible for leading HR operations and solutions in support of business priorities and the strategic direction of the organization. This role provides leadership, guidance and support to HR and Business Leaders across the Xanterra portfolio. This role is also responsible for helping develop and roll-out HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with company goals. Responsibilities Serve as primary contact to HR and Business leaders across the organization on HR operational issues. Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives and project plans that support operational efficiency and employee engagement. Foster a positive workplace culture and community through employee engagement programs and initiatives. Lead, manage and execute employee communications strategies, initiatives and tools that support and strengthen employees’ connection to our organization. Manage the company’s employee survey program, to include managing the vendor relationship, providing training and resources, and monitoring program performance against program goals. Conduct HR due diligence for business development activities and asset development and provide assistance with transitions of acquired/divested businesses. Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams such as Employee Relations, Talent Engagement, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development to ensure a world-class employee experience. Design and implement scalable HR processes that support our organization. Monitor and promote adherence to internal policies and procedures. Monitor key metrics and market trends to ensure our HR programs remain competitive and effective. Lead transformation initiatives with strategic change management approaches. Leverage HR technologies and automation to enhance operational effectiveness. Manage the WOTC and unemployment insurance processes and vendor relationships. Other job-related responsibilities and projects as requested. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions. • PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP preferred. • Leadership experience in diverse, front-line employee centric environments required. The ideal candidate will have HR leadership experience in the hospitality industry. • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in HR systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong project management skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and key stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and operate with a sense of urgency. • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and deal with confidential and highly sensitive information. COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 based on experience plus incentive.
