As such, alignment will be made between all guidelines with current policy, processes, and evidence-based practice. In addition, this position will also provide resources and support to promote professional development throughout the organization. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: • Must have a current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State • Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certificate upon hire and maintain current • Minimum of 5 years acute care experience in a critical care or emergency specialty • Minimum of 5 years previous educational experience required • Minimum of 5 years experience with accreditation and regulatory survey • Master’s preparation in nursing and/or education, or comparable graduate education required • Doctoral prepared preferred • Must be able to travel to a variety of Prime Healthcare facilities on an as needed basis #LI-MS3 Connect With Us!
