Join Amplifon’s international HR team and help shape the future of an exciting industry at the intersection of Retail and Med Tech.

We are looking for a talented and committed Senior Recruiter based in Hamburg, Germany, for our Corporate and EMEA Talent Acquisition Team to play a critical role in managing Amplifon's growth.

Your tasks:

Partner with EMEA hiring managers to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to match with our values rather than sell a role Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and our Leadership Model. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline Participate in special projects, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings

Your profile:

University Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, Business, Economics or related studies. An MSc in Human Resources degree will be highly appreciated Solid Corporate and/or Search Firm progressive recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting  Experience in international environment working in structured companies where Talent Acquisition is a best practice Must be fluent in English and German. A third language is highly appreciated Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a nonhierarchical, fast-paced environment Client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships Organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results, used to balance high quality long-term achievements and quick-wins Ability to work independently and as part of a team Deep intellectual curious and ability to question conventional wisdom Demonstrates high degree of ownership and accountability Ability to influence and work effectively with key cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership team across the organization.
