Job Description:

Draft and review Estate Planning documents to ensure clients' assets are protected and efficiently transferred. Prepare and analyze entity formation documents for LLCs, Corporations (both for- and non-profit), LPs, etc. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts that meet clients' legal and business needs. Serve as general counsel to business owners, providing strategic advice and legal guidance on various matters. Conduct legal due diligence and offer strategic counsel to clients to navigate complex transactions and planning.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active admission to the bar with the ability to practice law. Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal practice, with a focus on estate planning and business transactions. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Excellent research and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Proficient in legal administrative tasks, including document management and organization. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
