Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute fleet-wide food and beverage strategies. Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Manage vendor relationships and supply chain operations. Analyze guest feedback and performance metrics to optimize offerings. Lead and mentor shipboard food and beverage teams. Oversee budgets, cost controls, and financial performance. Drive innovation and sustainability in menus and beverage programs. Qualifications:
Senior F&B leadership experience in cruise, hospitality, or luxury travel. Strong knowledge of culinary trends and safety standards. Excellent leadership, financial, and strategic planning skills. Fluent in English; German or other languages a plus. Willing to travel extensively. What We Offer:
