Corporate Facilities Intern

Camping World is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Corporate Facilities Coordinator Intern to support the administration of our Service Channel software. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in facilities management and software administration within a corporate environment. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

Assist in the administration and maintenance of Service Channel software. 

Support the facilities team in tracking and managing service requests and work orders. 

Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues. 

Conduct data entry and ensure the accuracy of records within the Service Channel system. 

Help generate reports and analyze data to improve facilities operations. 

Document conversations via Service Desk and other channels. 

Support for creating request for proposals, analyzing data, issuing service providers contracts to proceed, gathering project completion paperwork and submitting for payment, and closing job files.   

 

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role: 

Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 

A graduation date between December 2025-July 2027. 

Ability to relocate to Chicago for the summer term (June 9-August 15). Camping World does not provide relocation or housing stipends. 

Participate in Capstone Internship Project including a final presentation to Executive Leadership. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Excellent organizational and communication abilities. 

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay Range:

$24.00-$24.00 Hourly
