Corporate Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role supporting the development and execution of all aspects of the global financing program of the Company. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop detailed models to support financing and capital projects initiatives across the business. You will be responsible for analyzing data, developing financial models, and creating presentations to communicate your findings and insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: + Gather and analyze detailed operating and financial information to support strategic and financing initiatives and aid senior leadership decision-making. + Manage the development, updating and maintenance of detailed financial models for financing and M&A projects. + Lead the preparation and updating of periodic financial results summaries for senior leadership review. + Assist in the formulation, evaluation and analysis of structuring considerations related to the development of financing strategies. + Prepare internal and external presentations to articulate financing strategies and internal corporate finance initiatives in a targeted and impactful way. + Carry out financial and operational benchmarking and comparative analysis of global industry peers + Assist with global budgeting, forecasting and capital investment planning and associated analytics Qualifications: + Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. + 3-5 years of experience in a corporate finance setting (ie investment banking, FP&A, corporate development, transaction advisory). + Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability in financial modeling, M&A and bank financing. + Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear and actionable recommendations. + Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. + Strong attention to detail; adept at multi-tasking to deliver high-priority projects.
