NACG, a leading multinational company listed on the NYSE and TSX is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to support our Finance team for a 17 month contract role. The Finance Team is seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Finance Manager to oversee the consolidation of financial results and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role is critical in managing interim reviews and annual audits, coordinating monthly and quarterly close schedules for both domestic and international operations, and ensuring compliance with SOX regulations. The successful candidate will also manage the company’s chart of accounts (COA), corporate finance, and reporting functions within the company’s ERP and financial reporting tools.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Be Doing
Financial Consolidation & Reporting
Oversee the consolidation of financial results across domestic and international operations.Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Coordinate and execute monthly and quarterly financial close processes in alignment with operational requirements.Monitor and ensure the accuracy of the company’s consolidated balance sheet.Audit & Compliance
Lead and manage interim reviews and annual audits, working closely with external auditors.Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and internal control requirements.Maintain and enforce accounting policies and procedures to ensure adherence to US GAAP and IFRS standards.Financial Systems & Chart of Accounts Management
Manage the company’s chart of accounts (COA) to ensure consistency and accuracy.Own the corporate finance and reporting functions within the company’s ERP and financial reporting tools.Drive process improvements and system enhancements to streamline financial reporting and analysis.Leadership & Process Optimization
Lead and mentor a team of corporate finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.Develop and implement best practices to improve financial processes and efficiency.Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives.Support the preparation of variance analyses for senior management and external reporting.Oversee intercompany transactions and consolidations across multiple entities.Qualifications
What Makes You the ONE
CPA designation required.4+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or a related field, including leadership roles.In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance requirements.Strong experience with financial consolidations, reporting, and ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).Proven track record of leading financial audits and managing relationships with external auditors.Experience working in a publicly traded multinational corporation is highly preferred.Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial reporting, and compliance.Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor finance professionals.Process Improvement: Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements.Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial results to senior management.Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
