British American Tobacco Poland  has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Finance Specialist in Warsaw

This role within the Corporate Financial Department (Statutory Team) will support daily financial operations, including booking payments, expense control, and audit assistance. The Specialist will also help prepare financial statements and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts in collaboration with Global Business Services (GBS) and internal teams. By working closely with business units and other finance teams, the role will ensure timely financial data, support system-related activities, and contribute to efficient financial processes and controls.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the team in daily activitiesBooking incoming paymentsSettling and controlling company employees' business expensesDaily cooperation with GBS teams regarding the reconciliation of accounts with contractorsSupport during auditsControlling orders and invoice approval in the systemAssisting in preparing data for the Financial StatementCooperating with the business and other financial departments within the company in terms of system support and the business and project activities they are conducting

What are we looking for?

2-5 years of experience as a Specialist in the Financial DepartmentAnalytical thinking skillsGood command of Polish and English languageStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationshipsTimeliness in task executionAbility to manage time and prioritize tasksProcess orientation and attention to detail
