WHAT YOU WILL DO

Collaborates in the development, testing, implementation, training, and standardization of food and beverage (F&B) initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Conducts operational reviews of hotel F&B departments to identify trends, flag issues requiring escalation, and recommend actionable solutions.Maintains strong, collaborative relationships with hotel leadership teams to support operational excellence.Partners with the corporate F&B team to develop and distribute company-wide communications through established internal channels.Delivers hands-on training sessions as needed to support operational consistency and excellence.Works closely with the Learning & Development team to implement approved procedures and assist in the creation of training materials.Provides strategic recommendations to F&B Managers based on quality assurance audits, mystery shopper reports, guest and team feedback, and market and financial analysis.Analyzes F&B profit and loss statements and formulates strategies to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 3 years in food and beverage operations, preferably in multi-unit or corporate settingsStrong understanding of F&B financials and operational best practicesExperience leading training and implementing proceduresExcellent communication and teamwork skillsProficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Toast is a plusMust be able to travel up to 75% of the timePosition based in the St. Louis Corporate Center
