The Corporate FP&A team's mission is to drive Snowflake's vision forward by delivering clear, actionable financial analysis and insights that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.
As a Corporate FP&A Analyst, you will own corporate accounts (benefits & taxes), prepare monthly financial review packages, quarter and full-year forecasts, and support free cash flow forecasting. You will also conduct ad hoc analyses for executives when required.
In this role, you'll be delivering valuable insights through well-crafted work products for the Snowflake Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Investor Relations, Sales Finance, and Accounting teams. Your analysis of financial and headcount data, along with your understanding of business drivers, will inform decision-making at the corporate level. This is a highly visible position, where your work often reaches the CFO’s desk for review, requiring a high level of quality and attention to detail. We’re looking for someone who can adapt and thrive in a semi-structured environment.
This role requires in-person attendance at our new Menlo Park, CA office at least 3 days per week (scheduled office move in April 2025 from San Mateo, CA to Menlo Park, CA).
RESPONSIBILITIES:Own employee benefits and taxes forecasting for Snowflake by analyzing monthly variances, collaborating closely with accounting, updating forecasts, and reporting variances during monthly close meetings.
Consistently execute the consolidated monthly reporting and planning processes, including Budget vs. Actual (BvA) analyses and corresponding materials.
Support the preparation of finance slides in the quarterly board presentation.
Manage and enhance the free cash flow model by regularly updating forecasts (including daily updates as the quarter closes) and collaborating with other teams to meet quarterly forecasts.
Standardize and enhance reporting processes through collaboration with Corporate Systems while ensuring the integrity of Workday Adaptive Planning data as a reliable source of truth.
Partner with the BI team to support the ongoing automation of key forecasting processes using Snowflake’s internal platform and tools.
REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, public accounting, or finance rotation programs
Experience at B2B technology companies (preferred)
Experience with Adaptive insights is a plus
Ability to work rapidly and collaboratively, with both qualities equally prioritized
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate financial data into clear, concise presentations for executives
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $93,000 - $123,900.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
