Corporate FP&A Business Controller

Join our Business Portfolio Services team, part of the Strategic Finance team for Corporate, which provides comprehensive financial analysis to our management about portfolio and projects and coordinates the related analytical processes and tools. In this role, you will develop skills in both financial and process/IT areas and gain a broad understanding of Amadeus business.

PORTFOLIO FINANCIAL REPORTING & ANALYSIS

Build and distribute comprehensive reports to Amadeus Financial and Business decision makersDefine key metrics to help shape Amadeus financial and portfolio strategyFacilitate insights and collaboration through ad-hoc analysis and communication across Amadeus portfolio and projectsEnhance reporting with automation and improvements utilizing our internal applications (SAP, SAC, Qlik, Power BI, etc.)Develop new reporting solutions in collaboration with the Digital and Transformation Services team

PORTFOLIO PROCESSES & TOOLS

Within Corporate month-end closing process, contribute to the allocation of costs to projects (in SAP)Coordinate the Business Portfolio planning exercises and tools (SAC). Share guidelines with the whole community of stakeholdersDesign, implement, and run specific financial processes in our financial systemSeek ongoing process improvements to make our portfolio processes streamlined and effectiveCommunicate guidelines, measure, and ensure compliance with Corporate FP&A processes

FINANCE TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS

Collaborate effectively to support internal Transformation Initiatives by leading key topicsSupport change management and develop effective communication mechanisms with stakeholders (demos, presentations, release notes, Viva Engage posting, etc.)Develop and promote tools and techniques to increase finance process efficiency and improve performanceIdentify and develop process improvement opportunitiesManage change management and communications to end users

The ideal candidate

Business School or University degree in Business Management/Administration5 years of experience as a consultant/auditor or in a multinational firmCollaborative, problem-solving, and proactiveDetail-oriented: meticulous attention is key for data accuracy and requirements gatheringWilling to work on transformational projectsFluent in EnglishExperience with Power BI, ERP/BI is a plus (SAP/SAC)Proficient in Office package with an advanced use of Excel. Any experience with SAP is a plusExperience in a multinational environment
