We are expanding the Corporate HR and Organization team in Milan and we are looking for a CORPORATE HR BUSINESS ANALYST.

As CORPORATE HR BUSINESS ANALYST your main tasks will include:

Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, Performance & MBO, and others as required. Configure and customize Oracle HCM applications to align with Corporate guidelines. Work closely with the subsidiaries to understand their HR business processes and challenges. Provide consultation and guidance on best practices in utilizing Oracle HCM solutions. Integrate Oracle HCM applications with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, Payroll, and third-party applications. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability. Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, addressing issues and optimizing system performance. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Oracle HCM configurations, customizations, and integrations. Keep abreast of industry trends, Oracle HCM updates, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations. 

Skills & Competencies required: 

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field. 2-year proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM solutions, especially Learning, Recruiting and Performance modules. Knowledge of BI tools (e.g. BI Publisher, Power BI, etc.) Strong understanding of HR processes, talent management, and workforce optimization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and analytical abilities. Clear communication skills in English (spoken and written).
