Corporate Insurance Analyst
Description

Summary:

The Corporate Insurance Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the Corporate Insurance department to help meet its goals.  This will be accomplished by partnering with current staff to enhance overall effectiveness of the department. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

In coordination with Department leadership, identify and implement methods to improve Department efficiency and productivityAct as liaison with outside insurance brokers to manage schedule of insurance, receipt of insurance policies, storage of policies on SharePoint site, and payment of invoicesProvide backup assistance to risk specialists when necessaryCoordinate with Legal Operations Specialist to confirm internal department documents are updated on company intranet siteAssist Corporate Insurance Director with underwriting applications and submission to outside brokersAssist Corporate Insurance Director with insurance program data collection, development of presentations, and other department administrative tasksManage the department’s certificate of insurance e-mail inbox and verify fulfillment of requestsAdminister department’s Lender Placed/REO e-mail box and serve as point of contact for property additions/deletions and invoice paymentManage multiple tasks simultaneouslyPartner with internal colleagues to prepare department reports for outside brokers including Statement of Values and Aircraft ReportingPerforms other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a corporate insurance department or similar role. Familiarity with various lines of insurance coverage.
